A Message from a Mother
Worthington Schools is the anchor of this community. With three school-aged daughters (ages 15, 14, 11), our lives center around their education. And like so many parents, I worry about the future. I am running because I care deeply about this school district, its teachers, staff and students. I want to protect public education and the district's reputation so that when it's time for our infant son to begin school, Worthington is still the beacon district it is today. I have the unique skills we need to meet this historic moment.
Our campaign slogan is "Our Schools. Our Legacy." because this is a transformational time for the district and we need school board members with the skills and experience to hit the ground running on Day One. We can't get distracted with the culture wars when there is so much work that needs to be done. I encourage you to read more about my platform and my priorities that have been developed following a months-long "listening and learning tour" throughout our community.
I am forever still learning and I want to hear from you! Reach out and let me know what issues are most important to you. Stop by an event and let's talk face-to-face.
